Kate Spade’s New Fragrance: “Live Colorfully”

Kate Spade will be launching it’s new fragrance called “Live Colorfully” this April; just in time for their 20th Anniversary. To honour such an exciting milestone for the brand, Kate Spade will also release a “time capsule” clothing collection, in addition to the fragrance.

What does Live Colorfully smell like, you wonder? Hints of sparkling mandarin, pink water lily and star anise; a heart of tiare flower, golden gardenia and coconut water, and a drydown of sheer amber, radiant musks and Tahitian vanilla. I feel as though I can smell it already!

Not only does the new fragrance sound delightful, it looks delightful too! The bottle has both yellow and fuchsia sides which makes the perfume appear to be different colours depending on how it’s positioned. According to Deborah Lloyd, Kate Spade New York’s president and creative director, “Every woman is different, so it made sense to be able to turn it and get different colors based on the mood you’re in”.

I adore the bow on top of the bottle – its the perfect amount of feminine, playful and bold.
